Eilyn Cueto understands better than many other interior designers that passion is the one thing guiding most people to success. That is one reason she appreciates her childhood experiences, especially those times as a kid growing up in Miami, when her father would take her to the Home Depot, and she would get him to buy her paint so she could redecorate her bedroom. It required some mile deceit on her part, but it was worth it. She would return home, lock herself in her bedroom, paint it and rearrange everything inside. It was a pattern Eilyn Cueto would repeat every few months and she now realizes that served as the roots of her passion for interior design.
When she graduated high school at the age of 16, Eilyn Cueto wasn’t sure what to do, so she traveled to Costa Rica to discover her passion. She was drawn to classes in interior design and she worked as an intern with an architect down there. Now, it is her passion; it’s what she does for a living, but it’s about a lot more than about the money. Since then, she has helped to build numerous public spaces, including hotels, restaurants, markets and many more.
